Recitals:

WHEREAS, the User desires to change their username to "YeatFanClub" (the "New Username") for the sum of $49 (the "Fee"); and
WHEREAS, the Service Provider agrees to facilitate this username change in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined below;

NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereby agree as follows:

Username Change and Fee:

Service Provider agrees to change User's current username to "YeatFanClub" upon receipt of the Fee.

The Fee for the username change is $49, which must be paid in full before any action is taken to change the username.

Non-Refundable Fee:

The Fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to any dissatisfaction with the username, or if the User decides to revert to a previous username.

Username Permanence:

The User agrees that the username "YeatFanClub" is final and cannot be changed or altered in any way after the change is completed, under any circumstances. The Service Provider will not offer any further username changes once "YeatFanClub" is assigned.

No Further Modifications:

The User acknowledges and agrees that the username "YeatFanClub" cannot be changed in the future by either party. Any attempt to modify the username will be considered a breach of this Agreement.

Agreement Termination:

This Agreement will terminate once the username change is successfully completed and the User's username is updated to "YeatFanClub." There will be no further obligations between the parties related to this Agreement once the username change has been carried out.
Limitation of Liability:

The Service Provider is not liable for any issues or problems that arise from the use of the username "YeatFanClub," including but not limited to account suspension, service limitations, or third-party disputes.

Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or jurisdiction in which the Service Provider operates.
Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements between the parties, whether written or oral.
